Druzhkivska 4, apt. 8. Tax ID (ІПН): 3128710556. By using this site or purchasing the personal dream reading service, you agree to these Terms.

Somnovis publishes dream-symbol interpretation articles, generated ahead of time and checked by automated quality gates before publication (see our Editorial Policy), free to read, covering psychological, Islamic, Jungian, and Chinese folk perspectives on common dream symbols and scenarios. This content is for general informational and entertainment purposes only.

For a fee, you may submit a description of your own dream and purchase one or more of: a general AI-generated interpretation, a detailed AI-generated breakdown, and/or an AI-generated illustration of your dream. This content is generated automatically by a third-party AI model based on the text you provide, without human review before delivery. Text readings are generated by Mistral AI (France) via OpenRouter; illustrations use fal.ai. See our Privacy Policy for how your text is processed and transferred.

Nothing on Somnovis, including the personal dream reading service, is medical, psychological, therapeutic, financial, or legal advice. It is intended for entertainment and self-reflection only. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

When submitting a dream description, you agree not to include content that is illegal, that infringes someone else’s rights, or that attempts to manipulate the underlying AI model into producing unrelated or unsafe output. Do not submit special-category data about yourself or others (for example health diagnoses, sex life, or religious beliefs) unless you accept that it will be processed solely to generate your reading and deleted on the schedule in our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to refuse to generate, or to withhold, a reading that violates this.

All payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the Merchant of Record and is the seller of record for your purchase. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and applicable VAT/sales tax; your purchase contract for the transaction itself is with Paddle, on Paddle’s own buyer terms, alongside these Terms for the underlying service.

See our Refund Policy. In short: because this content is generated and delivered automatically, typically within a minute of payment, no refunds are available once a reading has been delivered, except where required by law or at our sole discretion.

You retain ownership of the dream description you submit. The generated reading and/or illustration are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. We retain a copy for up to 90 days per our Privacy Policy, after which it is deleted. Your result is available at a private, unguessable link (no login); anyone with that link can view it while it exists. After deletion your result page and its contents are no longer available from us, so please print, save or download your reading and image if you want to keep them — the result page offers both, and we also email you the full reading with the image attached.

The site and the personal dream reading service are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that any interpretation is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Somnovis and FOP Artem Maliuha will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the personal dream reading service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live. If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you keep any non-waivable rights under the law of your habitual residence. The payment transaction itself is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms as Merchant of Record.

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
